Located in the city of Auburn, Washington, Pacific Coast Contracting Specialties (PCCS), or ‘Con Spec’ as it is more commonly known, provides garage door installation and repair, fireplaces, windows and insulation. The Garage Door Center is a sister company to PCCS and can be found in Lacy, Washington. Besides residential and commercial doors, the Center specializes in insulation, window and fireplace installation.

Both companies have long histories in the area and since 2007 the added benefit of being part of the Pacific Coast Building Products family of companies.
